This Return Policy sets out the terms and conditions governing the return of Multi-Purpose Vouchers and Products purchased or accessed through the Website. This policy applies to all Customers who make purchases through Webinar Academy and is designed to ensure compliance with applicable consumer protection laws and regulations. All terms used in this document have the meaning assigned to them in the Webinar Academy Terms and Conditions available on the Website.
The Platform and its Business Partners make every effort to ensure that Multi-Purpose Vouchers and Products offered through the Website meet the expectations of Customers. The Platform understands that Customers may decide they are not satisfied with their purchase or may change their mind regarding the Multi-Purpose Vouchers or products acquired. This Return Policy provides Customers with the opportunity to withdraw from purchases under the conditions specified herein, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. The Platform continuously strives to maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
This Return Policy applies to Multi-Purpose Vouchers and Products purchased through the Website or through Affiliates. The Platform acts as a marketplace connecting Customers with Business Partners who offer products and services. Sale Contracts are concluded between Customers and Business Partners, with the Platform providing the technical infrastructure and marketplace services to facilitate these transactions. The Platform Administrator may provide sales support services to Customers on behalf of Business Partners, depending on the agreement concluded with the Business Partner.
The right to withdraw from purchases is governed by applicable consumer protection legislation and the specific terms outlined in this policy and the Terms and Conditions. Customers are advised to read this policy carefully before making a purchase to understand their rights and obligations regarding returns and withdrawals from contracts. Returns and refunds are processed in accordance with the terms agreed between the Customer and the Business Partner through the Platform.
Customers who are consumers have the right to withdraw from the Multi-Purpose Voucher purchase contract within fourteen days from the date of voucher delivery without providing any reason for their decision. This withdrawal right applies only to Multi-Purpose Vouchers that have not been activated and if the Promotional Action Add-on have also not been used. Multi-Purpose Voucher activation is defined as the process by which the Customer uses the Multi-Purpose Voucher to select and access any Product through the Platform. Promotional Action Add-on use has the same consequences as activation of Multi-Purpose Voucher.
The withdrawal period expires after fourteen days from the day on which the Customer or a third party indicated by the Customer, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the Multi-Purpose Voucher. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is necessary for the Customer to send communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal and follow withdrawal and refund procedure before the withdrawal period has expired.
Customers who have activated their Multi-Purpose Voucher within the fourteen-day period by selecting and accessing any Product or Promotional Action Add-on lose the right to withdraw from the voucher purchase contract entirely. This is because activation constitutes the commencement of performance of the contract with the Customer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal. Once a Multi-Purpose Voucher has been activated or Promotional Action Add-on used, it is impossible to withdraw from the Multi-Purpose Voucher purchase contract.
Customers who are consumers and who have not used the Product accessed through Multi-Purpose Voucher activation, or purchased directly, shall be entitled to withdraw from the Product purchase contract within fourteen days from the date on which the Customer received the access to the Product. Upon successful withdrawal from the Product purchase contract, the Customer will receive a refund credited back to the Multi-Purpose Voucher by increasing the value of that particular Multi-Purpose Voucher or to indicated bank account. The increased value on the Multi-Purpose Voucher can then be used to select another Product from the available catalogue, subject to catalogue availability at the time of subsequent activation.
The withdrawal right for Products applies only to Products that have not been used by the Customer. Product use is defined as participation in an online training course, viewing webinar content, or any other use by the Customer of the Product. Customers who have used the Product within the fourteen-day period acknowledge and agree to lose the right to withdraw from the Product purchase contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal from a Product purchase contract, the Customer should contact customer service via email or through the contact form available on the Website. The Customer should provide their order information, Multi-Purpose Voucher details if applicable, and specify which Product they wish to withdraw from.
Once the Business Partner accepts a withdrawal request for an inactivated Multi-Purpose Voucher, the refund will be processed without undue delay. The Business Partner will reimburse all payments received from the Customer for the Multi-Purpose Voucher purchase, including delivery costs of the voucher. The Business Partner will make the reimbursement through money transfer to the bank account, unless the Customer and Business Partner agreed otherwise. In the event of a withdrawal from a contract on the basis of which the Customer received Promotional Action Add-ons delivered by post, the Customer will have to bear the cost of returning the Promotional Action Add-ons by post to the address indicated by the Business Partner. In such case, returning of Promotional Action Add-ons will be necessary to get the refund for the Multi-Purpose Voucher contract withdrawal.
In cases of withdrawal from a Product purchase contract where the Customer has not used the Product, the refund is processed by increasing the value of the particular Multi-Purpose Voucher that was used to access that Product or by wire transfer in compliance refund policy set forth in general Terms and Conditions. This increased voucher value becomes available for the Customer to select another Product from the available catalogue on the Platform. No cash refund is provided for Product purchase contract withdrawals, accessed through Multi-Purpose Voucher activation, as the value is credited back to the Multi-Purpose Voucher for future use within its validity period.
The Business Partner reserves the right to conduct additional verification of the Customer's identity during the contract withdrawal process. The Customer can be informed if they are required to provide additional data for verification purposes.
Multi-Purpose Vouchers are not exchangeable or returnable for cash except through the formal withdrawal process outlined in this Return Policy. Multi-Purpose Vouchers can be used until the whole value of the voucher is used or until the expiration date occurs. Multi-Purpose Vouchers must be activated within six months from order date, and non-activated vouchers expire after six months and cannot be used or refunded.
Products accessed through Multi-Purpose Voucher activation are not exchangeable or returnable for cash. Upon successful withdrawal from a Product purchase contract for an unused Product, the value is credited back to the Multi-Purpose Voucher for selection of another Product. Products that have been used, defined as participation in online training, viewing webinar content, or any other use by the Customer, cannot be returned or withdrawn from.
Certain Products and Promotional Action Add-ons are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation once they have been used or accessed. Digital Products including webinars that have been accessed, viewed, or participated in cannot be returned. Physical Products such as books that have been unsealed, read, or used are not eligible for return where applicable health protection or hygiene reasons apply.
The withdrawal right does not apply to Products where the Customer has expressly consented to immediate access and acknowledged that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal. Promotional Action Add-ons that are automatically activated upon Multi-Purpose Voucher activation are subject to the same withdrawal conditions as the main Product selected. The Business Partner reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the conditions set out in this Return Policy or where there is evidence of misuse, damage caused by the Customer beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the Products.
This Return Policy is designed to comply with applicable consumer protection laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where the Platform and Business Partners operate. Customers have statutory rights under consumer protection legislation that cannot be limited or excluded by this policy. Where this Return Policy provides rights beyond those required by law, such additional rights do not affect or diminish the Customer's statutory rights.
Customers have the right to fair treatment in the return and withdrawal process and to have their requests handled in accordance with applicable law. The Platform and Business Partners respect Customers' consumer rights and ensure that return and withdrawal procedures are transparent, accessible, and compliant with legal requirements. Customers who believe their consumer rights have been violated may contact relevant consumer protection authorities in their jurisdiction.
The Platform acknowledges that different jurisdictions may have varying requirements regarding withdrawal rights, return periods, and refund procedures. Where there is a conflict between this Return Policy and mandatory consumer protection legislation applicable to the Customer, the provisions of such legislation shall prevail. Customers are encouraged to familiarize themselves with their consumer rights under the laws applicable in their location. The Business Partners are legally obliged to ensure that the Multi-Purpose Vouchers and Products comply with the concluded Sale Contracts and applicable consumer protection standards.
The Platform Administrator is not a party to the Sale Contract but only offers a Platform where Business Partners and Customers may conduct activities aimed at concluding Sales Contracts. The Platform Administrator shall not be liable for the quality, safety or legality of the Products purchased, as well as for the reliability and accuracy of the information contained in product descriptions. However, the Platform Administrator may provide sales support services to Customers on behalf of Business Partners depending on the agreement concluded with the Business Partner.
The Platform and Business Partners reserve the right to make amendments or additions to this Return Policy to reflect changes in legal requirements, business practices, or the products and services offered. Amendments are made by posting the updated Return Policy on the Website with a revised effective date. Material changes to the Return Policy will be communicated to Customers through appropriate channels such as email notification or prominent notice on the Website.
Changes to this Return Policy will not affect returns or withdrawals initiated before the effective date of the changes. Returns and withdrawals in progress at the time of policy changes will be completed under the terms of the policy that was in effect when the return or withdrawal was initiated. Customers are encouraged to review this Return Policy periodically to stay informed about their return and withdrawal rights and the procedures for exercising those rights.
Continued use of the Website and making purchases after changes to this Return Policy have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Where provisions of this Return Policy conflict with other terms and conditions, the more specific provisions relating to returns and withdrawals shall prevail to the extent of such conflict. If any provision of this Return Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
The Platform's failure to enforce any right or provision of this Return Policy shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. Customers acknowledge that the Platform may update or modify this Return Policy from time to time and that it is the Customer's responsibility to review the current version before making purchases. The Platform and Business Partners do not make or give any additional promises, warranties, guarantees or representations concerning Multi-Purpose Vouchers or Products beyond those specified in this Return Policy and the Terms and Conditions.
